200 Indian pilgrims stopped from coming to Pakistan

Around 200 pilgrims from India have been stopped by the Indian government from coming to Pakistan to participate in a religious festival.

According to a press conference by Hindu Leader Dr. Muawar Chand , the pilgrims were set to arrive in Pakistan to attend the Maha Shivaratri, but New Delhi prevented them from doing so.
Dr Chand added that by stopping the pilgrims, India was violating the 1974 Pakistan-India Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines agreement.
