Peshawar Zalmi to get a reward of 20 million from KP Chief Minister

The second edition of the Pakistan Super League saw Peshawar Zalmi beating Quetta Gladiators in an unforgettable match in Lahore . As a token of appreciation Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak announced a reward of Rs.20 million for the team. 

According to tweets posted on Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) Twitter page , the provincial minster who was already a huge supporter of the team has called up team owner Javed Afridi and congratulated him on bringing the trophy to the capital. 

The CM also invited the players and management of the team to a grand reception so they could be properly thanked for their performance .
