Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former federal minister Asad Umar submitted his reply in the contempt Election Commission case. Secretary General Asad Umar says that I apologize if my statement to the Election Commission was offensive. I leave myself at the mercy of the Election Commission.<\/p>\n

The contempt Election Commission case was heard against Chairman PTI Imran Khan, Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhary.During the hearing, former finance minister Asad Umar submitted a response to the Election Commission’s show cause notice.<\/p>\n

Chairman PTI’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhary said that elections are being held in our constituency.Fawad Chaudhary and I are both contesting the election. It would be appropriate to give a date after the election, I will give arguments on the objections at the next hearing.<\/p>\n
