A two-member bench, comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Waqar Ahmad, heard Gandapur\u2019s petition regarding details of cases against him. The Chief Minister appeared before the Peshawar High Court during the hearing, where the Deputy Attorney submitted a report revealing that 32 cases have been registered against him in Islamabad and 33 in Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>After the hearing, the court granted Ali Amin Gandapur a transit and protective bail and directed that he should not be arrested in any case until January 16. Additionally, the court ordered the Chief Minister to appear before the relevant courts.<\/p>\n<p>Following his appearance in the Peshawar High Court, Gandapur briefly spoke to the media, claiming that he was denied permission to meet Imran Khan the previous day. \u201cI was told I am not allowed to meet him, that I don\u2019t have clearance. I represent the entire province; I don\u2019t need anyone\u2019s clearance. Those using cheap tactics\u2014do they have clearance? We are waiting for Imran Khan\u2019s order for civil disobedience.
