During forthcoming negotiations with the IMF delegation, the initial draft will be discussed, and proposals regarding the imposition of a carbon levy will be provided by the IMF.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"1024\">The IMF delegation will engage in technical negotiations with federal and provincial authorities until February 28.
