It is against freedom of expression.<\/p>\n<p>Pemra&#8217;s counsel objected that the matter cannot be heard here, the full bench has to hear it. I plead with the court that it has no jurisdiction.<br \/>\nAfter hearing the arguments, the court reserved its verdict.<\/p>\n<p>Imran Khan had requested that banning statements and speeches is a violation of fundamental constitutional rights.
