He said that the NFC Award has never been altered in the past, and nothing should be done without taking all provinces into confidence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2750\">Meanwhile, lawyer Salman Akram Raja strongly rejected the proposed 27th Constitutional Amendment, saying that no constitutional amendment can be passed by what he referred to as a \u201cForm-47 Assembly.\u201d He added that the points highlighted through Bilawal Bhutto\u2019s recent tweet are extremely alarming, as Pakistan\u2019s fundamental constitutional framework is being altered.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2752\" data-end=\"2911\">Salman Akram Raja further said that the concept of an independent judiciary is being dismantled through this amendment, and they will oppose it at every level.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"3297\">Former senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar also reacted strongly to the proposed amendment, stating that he learned about it only after Bilawal Bhutto\u2019s statement.
