The report reveals that during passport inspection, the counter staff member, Kiran, acted negligently while removing a sticker, which resulted in the passport being torn, rendering it unusable for travel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2971\">The passenger had reached the counter at 1:25 PM, but after the damage to his passport, he was denied boarding. Following the incident, he exited the International Departure Terminal building and began shouting in protest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3321\">The investigation also highlights that none of the airline staff members attempted to address the passenger\u2019s complaint, nor did they come forward to manage the situation or communicate with him.
