The petition is currently pending before the court.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Imran Khan submitted the petition through his lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, in which he formed a team comprising of the Interior Minister, Inspector General (IG), Chief Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>The petition stated that the Interior Minister, Rana Sanaullah, gave a direct threat in a TV interview, stating that the IG and FIA are under the Interior Minister&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<p>It was further stated that a legal remedy is available for the Interior Minister&#8217;s threat, and a request has been made to the court to take note of the Interior Minister&#8217;s direct threat and issue orders to prevent Imran Khan&#8217;s arrest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has nominated Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah in a petition filed in the Islamabad High Court.
