Locals said the road closures have made access to medical facilities extremely difficult.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2416\">Meanwhile, daily life has also been paralyzed in the upper and Pak-Afghan border areas of Balochistan, including Chaman, Qila Abdullah, and Ziarat, where severe cold and snowfall have worsened conditions for residents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2418\" data-end=\"2767\">Due to intense snowfall, land routes have been cut off in many areas, leaving residents of dozens of villages, including Toba Achakzai and Toba Kakari, confined to their homes. Road blockages have led to shortages of food and fuel.
