Recalling the moment when the first signs appeared, Emraan Hashmi said that on January 13, he and his family had gone out for a meal and were having pizza together when his son told him that there was blood in his urine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3688\">He further said that within the next three hours, they were at a doctor\u2019s clinic, where they were informed that their son had cancer and would need surgery the very next day, followed by chemotherapy.
