During the attempt, he suffered a severe electric shock and died on the spot, leaving residents of the area in deep shock and sorrow.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2382\">Meanwhile, in Defence Phase 5, a young man named Rafi was injured when a kite string wrapped around his neck. He was promptly shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Similarly, in Gulshan-e-Ravi, an 8-year-old girl, Arsa, and a 45-year-old man, Shabbir, were also injured after being struck by kite strings, and rescue teams provided immediate assistance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2759\">Rescue officials further reported that in the Lower Mall area, a 12-year-old boy, Abdul Wahid, sustained injuries while chasing a kite. In another incident in Gulshan-e-Ravi, a 14-year-old boy, Salman, was injured while attempting to remove a kite from a tree.
