Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, however, observed that the court could not issue any directive on the matter without first issuing notices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2220\">The Chief Justice remarked that objections regarding the maintainability of the petition still exist and must be addressed before proceeding further. He also noted that several cases related to Imran Khan are currently pending before other courts, which need to be kept in consideration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2395\">Justice Yahya Afridi further stated that no order regarding a meeting could be passed without fulfilling the required legal formalities, including the issuance of notices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2623\">Meanwhile, the Supreme Court also dismissed Imran Khan\u2019s bail plea in the Al-Qadir Trust case after declaring it ineffective.
