The court remarked that caution was necessary in such cases, and the case would not be heard further.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">It should be recalled that earlier, the Islamabad High Court had given major relief to Najaf Hameed in the fraud case, temporarily stayed his arrest, and suspended the proceedings against the decision of the Special Judge Central.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"\" dir=\"auto\">Later, after the FIA&#8217;s request to withdraw his pre-arrest bail was approved, Najaf Hameed approached the High Court and challenged the decision.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dbb458 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5dbb458\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad: An unexpected development has emerged in the High Court on the bail application of Najaf Hameed, brother of former DG ISI Faiz Hameed.
