He emphasized that sustainable development must be rooted in justice and fairness, without which lasting global peace will remain an unattainable dream.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2577\" data-end=\"2930\">The prime minister expressed regret that one of Pakistan\u2019s neighboring countries had threatened to use the Indus River water-sharing system as a weapon, even though it serves as a lifeline for nearly 240 million people in Pakistan.
