The accused is alleged to have opened fire on the complainant\u2019s wife and son, leaving both injured.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2459\">In its observations, the court stated that once a trigger is pulled and the shot hits its target, the intent of the accused becomes evident. The court held that the accused cannot rely on poor marksmanship as a ground for seeking bail. Considering the available evidence and the seriousness of the offense, the accused is not entitled to the concession of bail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2878\">The court further noted that, according to the record, the complainant\u2019s son sustained three bullet injuries during the incident. The pistol allegedly used in the crime has also been recovered from the accused during the investigation. The court clarified that taking the injured to the hospital immediately is a natural response, and a delay of a few hours in registering the case does not affect the merits of the matter.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"3070\">The court observed that the direction of the bullet lies within the control of the attacker, and, as per the police file, the accused, Fawad, has four previous cases registered against him.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3074\" data-end=\"3396\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Islamabad High Court concluded that the material available on record is sufficient to connect the accused with the alleged offense, and therefore, he is not entitled to bail.
