A 102-year-old woman from eastern China has gone viral online for her unique lifestyle and remarkable health.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jin Baoling belongs to Taizhou in China\u2019s Zhejiang province and is well known in her area for her long life and cheerful personality.<\/p>\n

Surprisingly, even at 102, she remains mentally sharp and active. Her physical health is also impressive, and she reportedly has not needed to visit a hospital in the past 50 years.<\/p>\n

Her daily routine is quite simple. She usually wakes up around 9 in the morning and, after taking a bath, spends time in the garden enjoying sunlight.<\/p>\n

She goes to bed around 7 in the evening and also takes several short naps throughout the day.<\/p>\n

According to her son, Hu Huami, she sleeps for nearly 15 hours a day.<\/p>\n

Her diet is also quite unusual. For lunch and dinner, she mostly eats noodles or rice and enjoys eating meat.<\/p>\n

She also likes cake and tea, often sweetened with brown sugar and dates. Additionally, she eats two eggs and three oranges every day but does not prefer vegetables.<\/p>\n

Although her leg joints are no longer very flexible and she needs support to walk, her eyesight remains strong and her hands function well. She can even do sewing work.<\/p>\n
