{"id":22301,"date":"2026-06-17T12:17:18","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T07:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pakalerts.net\/english\/?p=22301"},"modified":"2026-06-17T12:17:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T07:17:18","slug":"government-provided-major-relief-to-salaried-class-exporters-and-businesses-in-budget-says-attaullah-tarar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakalerts.net\/english\/?p=22301","title":{"rendered":"Government Provided Major Relief to Salaried Class, Exporters and Businesses in Budget, Says Attaullah Tarar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said that the 2026-27 federal budget is focused on relief and includes significant measures for salaried individuals, exporters, industries and the business community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Speaking during an online briefing, Tarar said the budget differs from previous ones as it aims to reduce financial pressure on citizens and support economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that individuals earning up to Rs50,000 per month would not pay income tax, while those earning between Rs50,000 and Rs100,000 per month would be subject to a one percent tax rate.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also announced the removal of advance tax and super tax for exporters, along with a four percent financing rate under export support schemes.<\/p>\n<p>According to Tarar, tax reductions have also been introduced for small residential property transactions, while funding has been allocated for housing initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>He said duties on imported agricultural machinery have been abolished and youth-focused financing and training programs will continue under government initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The minister added that a fixed tax scheme has been introduced for retailers after consultations with business organizations, bringing more businesses into the tax system.<\/p>\n<p>Tarar maintained that reforms in tax administration and digitalization efforts have helped improve economic stability and strengthen revenue collection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said that the 2026-27 federal budget is focused on relief and includes significant measures for salaried individuals, exporters, industries and the business community.
