{"id":22963,"date":"2026-07-21T13:28:22","date_gmt":"2026-07-21T08:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pakalerts.net\/english\/?p=22963"},"modified":"2026-07-21T13:28:22","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T08:28:22","slug":"us-says-another-phase-of-airstrikes-against-iran-completed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakalerts.net\/english\/?p=22963","title":{"rendered":"US Says Another Phase of Airstrikes Against Iran Completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that another phase of airstrikes against Iran has been completed, targeting a range of military facilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a statement, CENTCOM said the operation was intended to degrade Iran&#8217;s capabilities that, according to the US, could be used to threaten commercial shipping passing through the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n<p>The statement said US forces targeted Iranian military command centers, naval capabilities, missile and drone launch sites, and air defense systems during the latest round of strikes.<\/p>\n<p>CENTCOM added that commercial shipping continues to move through the Strait of Hormuz without interruption.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, since the beginning of May, US forces have supported the safe transit of approximately 900 commercial vessels and the transportation of around 450 million barrels of crude oil.<\/p>\n<p>The command further stated that US forces remain fully prepared and will continue to maintain their posture to hold Iran accountable for what it described as any unjustified aggression against civilian vessels exercising freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that another phase of airstrikes against Iran has been completed, targeting a range of military facilities.
