Air raid sirens were activated in Kyiv and surrounding districts following the strikes.<\/p>\n<p>Russian media claimed that advanced ballistic missiles and drones were used in the operation and that Ukraine&#8217;s air defence system was unable to intercept them.<\/p>\n<p>Ukrainian officials said at least 15 people were killed and 27 others were injured, while several individuals were believed to be trapped beneath the rubble.<\/p>\n<p>Kyiv&#8217;s mayor said rescue teams were continuing search operations at the site of a destroyed warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Ukrainian air force, Russia launched 28 high-speed missiles and 115 drones overnight, and none of the missiles were intercepted.<\/p>\n<p>Russia has not yet issued an official statement regarding the reported attack.<\/p>\n<p>The war between Russia and Ukraine has continued for more than four years, with both sides intensifying their military operations in recent months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Russia has launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine&#8217;s capital, Kyiv, resulting in multiple casualties and extensive damage.
