He added that a new 176-bed emergency department would become operational at PIMS within the next 15 days.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1271\">Mustafa Kamal said the only way to save and run Pakistan was to create administrative units.
