The injured were shifted to nearby hospitals for immediate medical treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to rescue sources, an incident occurred involving a train traveling from Lahore to Chak Jhumra, an area near Faisalabad. Due to the soft ground caused by heavy rainfall, one bogie of the train overturned.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue authorities reported that 10 individuals, including women and children, were injured in the accident.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting promptly to the situation, rescue teams rushed to the scene and provided immediate medical assistance to the injured.
