Islamabad’s District and Session Court’s Chairman, belonging to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, Imran Khan, is facing a hearing in the Toosha Khana criminal case today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chief PTI counsel, Khawaja Haris, was absent, and Judge Humayun Dilawar stated that if the witnesses’ list is not presented today, they will conclude the right to present it.<\/p>\n

Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar is hearing the Tosha Khana criminal case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan.<\/p>\n

When the hearing commenced, Election Commission’s lawyer, Saad Hassan, appeared in court.<\/p>\n

PTI’s counsel, Khalid Yousuf, and Mirza Asim Baig, also appeared before the court.<\/p>\n

The counsel informed the court that Khawaja Haris is occupied in the Supreme Court and requested a time extension until 12 o’clock.<\/p>\n

The Election Commission’s lawyer responded that they were supposed to present the witnesses’ list in the court.<\/p>\n

Judge Humayun Dilawar remarked that if the witnesses’ list is not presented today, they will conclude the right to present it.<\/p>\n
