Chief Justice Justice Faiz Isa has formed a three-member bench to hear the case regarding the Faizabad sit-in.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will head the bench while Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Atharmanullah will also join the bench.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Justice had given observations against PTI and MQM in the case. Justice Qazi Faiz Isa also had to face a reference due to Faizabad Dharna decision.<\/p>\n<p>A request was made by the Pakistan Bar Council to fix the case yesterday.
