A new bench has been formed to hear the case, a 5-member bench will hear the case on October 23.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The hearing will be conducted by a five-member bench headed by Justice Ijazul Hassan, whose other members include Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Mazhar Naqvi and Justice Ayesha Malik.<\/p>\n<p>The last hearing of this case was held on August 3.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners have challenged the trial in civilian courts.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court has also fixed the case related to holding general elections for hearing in 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will conduct the hearing, the other two members of the bench include Justice Athar Minullah and Justice Aminuddin Khan.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, petitions have been filed by Supreme Court Bar and others including PTI.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has appointed special courts to hear the case against the trial of civilians.
