The former Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, along with his spouse, Bushra Bibi, has been officially charged with offenses related to the Tosha khana case.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Accountability Court Islamabad Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the 190 million pound scam and Tosha Khana case in Adiala Jail, the court read the charge sheet to the accused in the court room, after hearing the charge sheet, the accused denied the health crime.<\/p>\n

Founder PTI lawyers and NAB Deputy Prosecutor General Muzaffar Abbasi were also present in the court room along with the team. During the hearing, copies of the \u00a3190 million reference were provided to Bushra Bibi.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that during the hearing on Monday, the court had distributed copies of the Tosha Khana case to the accused, however, the accused were not charged as the co-accused Bushra Bibi did not appear in the court. A request for exemption from one day’s attendance was filed by Bushra Bibi’s lawyers which was granted.
