Roelvink was severely injured during a shoot when a car struck him and damaged his ribs last year. Additionally, he was diagnosed with cancer but successfully healed after undergoing complex treatment.<\/p>\n

Currently, he is in the UAE, where he visited many mosques and closely observed the entire month of Ramadan in a mosque. Ultimately, he embraced Islam.<\/p>\n

As reported by a Dutch newspaper, Roelvink said in a video message, \u201cI don\u2019t think many people have noticed that I had a special day yesterday,\u201d he said while referring to the day he accepted Islam.<\/p>\n

He continued, “Pictures were taken of this, posted online, and widely reported in the media.
