Torrential rains have resulted in flash floods, with videos showing cars being violently swept away and roads being cut off.<\/p>\n

The Civil Defense Directorate in Madinah issued a warning advising caution, urging people to avoid valleys and flood streams and not to attempt crossing or descending into them.<\/p>\n
