Judicial Magistrate Sharqi has denied the bail request of renowned social worker Sarim Burney in the ongoing case of human smuggling and fraud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During the hearing of the case of human smuggling and fraud against Sarim Burney, the court rejected the accused Sarim Burney’s bail plea after completion of arguments by the defense lawyers and the evidence presented by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).<\/p>\n

During the hearing, the FIA prosecutor said that more evidence needs to be collected against the accused. If bail is granted to the accused, he could influence the investigation. The accused is continuously resorting to lies. Further revelations have come to light during the investigation.<\/p>\n

The FIA prosecutor stated that the statement of the girl’s mother is that she contacted Sarim Burney to take her daughter, but Sarim Burney refused to give the girl.<\/p>\n
