Islamabad: In the GHQ attack case, the anti-terrorism court provided PTI founder Imran Khan with a copy of the challan, but the former prime minister refused to accept the charge sheet.
On the other hand, the distribution of copies of the charge sheet could not take place due to Shah Mahmood Qureshi being in Lahore Jail, which has delayed the distribution of the charge sheet copies for the former foreign minister.
Copies of the charge sheet will be distributed to additional accused in the Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi.

The Express has obtained the details of the charge sheet for the GHQ attack case, in which a total of 27 serious charges have been imposed on the accused, including the founder chairman of PTI, Imran Khan.
According to the charge sheet, the accused, led by former provincial law minister Raja Basharat, attacked the GHQ. They stormed the GHQ gate and broke it down. Despite being warned by military personnel, they continued their vandalism.
The accused damaged sensitive military property and set it on fire, attacking with sticks and stones, and also threw petrol bombs. They broke down the GHQ gate and engaged in fierce resistance against the forces, creating conditions for a rebellion in Pakistan.
Petrol bombs were used, tires were burned at the GHQ gate, and the building’s windows were shattered, causing damage to the reputation of the Pakistan Army. Attacks were made on military personnel. This act of terrorism was accompanied by slogans of “long live the uniform” and “if Khan is not there, Pakistan is not there.”
The charge sheet alleges that attacks were carried out on sensitive offices of the ISI and the GHQ buildings, and the protest was organized under a criminal conspiracy. Six accused were arrested at the scene, and further arrests were made based on their identification. The charge sheet requests that the accused be given the harshest and most exemplary punishments.
