Indictment of founder PTI in GHQ attack case postponed.
According to the details, the GHQ attack case was heard by the special anti-terrorism court of Rawalpindi, the special court judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case.
Founder PTI's lawyer, Shibli Faraz, Sheikh Rasheed, Umar Ayub, Raja Basharat, Samabiya Tahir appeared in the court while an application for exemption from attendance was filed on behalf of 11 accused.
The court adjourned the process of indictment of all the accused including the PTI founder.
Due to non-attendance of the accused, the charge-sheeting process was postponed.
The Special Anti-Terrorism Court had issued orders to make PTI founder's appearance through video link.
The Adiala Jail administration received court orders, after which it was expected that PTI founder would appear in the court through video link.
