Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Azam Swati was re-arrested immediately after his release from the district jail.
The Taxila police shifted the former senator to an unknown location. According to the details, former federal minister and PTI leader Azam Swati, imprisoned in District Jail Attock, was released today on court order after getting bail, but immediately after his release, he was arrested again outside the jail, this time by PTI. The leader has been arrested by the Taxila police.
After the arrest, PTI leader Azam Swati was shifted to an unknown location by the police.
It is being told that the court granted bail to PTI leader Azam Swati in 8 cases and ordered his immediate release. A hearing was held on bail applications in the cases, where prosecutor Raja Naveed and Azam Swati's lawyer Sohail Advocate appeared in the court.
Azam Swati's bail was opposed by prosecutor Raja Naveed, however, the court accepted Azam Swati's post-arrest bail request in 8 cases for 20, 20 thousand machalaks.
Meanwhile, the case against the physical remand of former senator Azam Swati was heard in the Islamabad High Court where Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the case.
