The price of 100 grams of plain bread (Roti) has been set at Rs 12 to Rs 14 in various cities by the Punjab government, a notification has been issued by the Punjab government.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz said in a message on X that the price of bread has further reduced in Punjab, the wrong decisions of the Tehreek-e-Insaf government had taken bread away from the reach of the poor.
President Naan Roti Association Aftab Gul says that the government reduced the price of bread without consulting.
Aftab Gul said that the government should reduce the prices of electricity and gas.
