According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), Army Chief General Asim Munir met the army personnel who participated in the anti-terrorism operations in the Tirah Valley.
ISPR said that the Army Chief was briefed on the overall security situation, intelligence-based counter-terrorism operations, and measures to be taken to ensure stability in the merged districts.
The Army Chief while interacting with the officers and soldiers appreciated their high morale and readiness to respond effectively to any threat.
