Islamabad High Court ordered to de-seal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition against sealing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
The CDA had issued the first notice in 2014, taking the stand that illegal construction had taken place and some dues were still outstanding.
Islamabad High Court in a conversation with CDA's lawyer said that you can do it according to law, if there is anything, notice it and we will look into it.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq while giving remarks further said that it should not be seen that you are targeting anyone, I am giving a decision to de-seal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
