An order has been issued to close down marriage halls, cafes, restaurants, and snooker clubs from October 12 to 16 in view of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Conference in Islamabad Rawalpindi.
The SEO summit under the leadership of Pakistan is being held in Islamabad on October 16 and 17, in which the heads of various countries, including Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang, will participate.
Due to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Islamabad, police have issued notices to businessmen, ordering the closure of marriage halls, cafes, restaurants, and snooker clubs from October 12 to 16.
According to the police spokesman, action will be taken against the traders found guilty of violating the notice, while the Race Course Police has also asked the traders to give shorty bonds to implement the decision.
The notices to the traders were issued by the SHOs of the police stations. It should be noted that due to the SCO summit, a public holiday has also been declared in the twin cities from October 14 to 16.
