Property is owned unless it is legally purchased, and a gift of property from the state cannot be retained before purchase.
Justice Hasan Aurangzeb said that if Bushra Bibi did not submit the gifts, why was PTI founder Imran Khan made an accusation? FIA prosecutor Umeer Majeed replied that because the public office holder was the founder of PTI.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb remarked that this is a case similar to that of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa. In this case, too, the husband was held responsible for the actions of the wife. There is a plea bargain but there is no such provision in this law, Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb asked the investigating officer since the case was transferred, have you conducted any investigation?

Later, the court granted bail to Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
