Now the ICC has asked the Indian Cricket Board to give written reasons, Pakistan can ask for concrete evidence in their favor after receiving the written reasons.
Sources say that according to the rules, the Indian board has to give concrete reasons for not going to Pakistan, the ICC has to review the reasons and take the final decision about India. If the reasons for not going to Pakistan are not justified, the Indian team will be asked to come, if India does not agree, the 9th team can be included in the Champions Trophy.
