Karachi: Minister of Transport, Sharjeel Memon, announced the launch of a new route for the People’s Bus Service. According to Sharjeel Memon, the new route will reduce the traffic pressure.
According to Sharjeel Inam Memon, the new route R12 from Khokhrapar Malir to Sadar will cover 35 km, the bus service on route R12 will start today at 3:00 PM.
As per the Transport Minister, the bus will pass through Saudabad, Kalaboard, Qaidabad, Landhi, Korangi, Qayyumabad, and FTC.
He stated that despite the end of the government’s term, the introduction of new buses will continue, allowing the people of Sindh to benefit from the upcoming bus services.
The Transport Minister further added that the purpose of the Sindh government is to provide easy and comfortable travel facilities to the citizens.
Sharjeel Memon emphasized that the new route will help reduce traffic congestion, and thousands of people will benefit from this initiative.
