An Iraqi passenger plane had to make an emergency landing in the Indian city of Kolkata after a young girl fell from the plane.
According to officials, an Iraqi Airways flight from Baghdad to Guangzhou, China made an emergency landing at the Kolkata airport on Wednesday.
According to foreign media, the young girl fell in the plane due to sudden illness, due to which the plane had to make an emergency landing.
According to media reports, the 16-year-old girl was shifted to a hospital in Kolkata where her death was confirmed.
According to Indian media, about 30 minutes before the plane landed in India, the girl’s condition worsened in the plane.
There were 10 passengers and crew members on board the plane.
The body of the dead girl will be handed over to the family members after the formalities.
