Islamabad The main reason for the deterioration of the country’s economy and the depreciation of the Pakistani rupee against the dollar has come to light. Compared to the previous year, foreign investment decreased by 58.7% this fiscal year.
The data on foreign investment in the country was presented during the Senate session. In this financial year, foreign investment of 460 million dollars was made between July and December.
In the written reply, foreign investment of more than 1114 million dollars was made between July and December of the last financial year.
