The court has ordered the police to present Fawad Chaudhry in Islamabad High Court tomorrow. Fawad Chaudhry’s wife Hiba Chaudhry and lawyer Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court.
The hearing of the case against PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry’s contempt of court took place in Islamabad High Court, presided over by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.

Faisal Chaudhry, the lawyer for Fawad Chaudhry, submitted before the court that Islamabad High Court had granted protective bail to Fawad Chaudhry and had restrained his arrest.
The lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, argued that the IG Islamabad was present in court and the court had directed not to arrest Fawad Chaudhry. However, on May 10, Fawad Chaudhry was arrested and he remained present in the Supreme Court throughout the day. He was placed under house arrest under Section 3 MPO .
