Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has said that the CTD team fought the terrorists, 2 terrorists including the mastermind of the KPO attack were killed, the terrorists were planning another attack, the weapons used in the attack were procured from a tank.
While holding a press conference with the CTD officials in Karachi, Sharjeel Memon said that terrorism was thwarted in the KPO attack, during which 5 of our personnel were martyred and 20 personnel were injured.
Sharjeel Memon said that there were reports of terrorists in the border area of Karachi and Balochistan. 4 terrorists were trying to enter Karachi by riding a motorcycle from Hub at 3 pm.
He further said that the CTD team fought the terrorists, 2 terrorists were killed in the encounter, the suicide vest of the terrorists was disabled, the terrorists wanted sabotage in Karachi.
