Lahore: There is a contest between Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz Sharif for the Chief Ministership of Punjab. Nawaz Sharif has allowed Maryam Nawaz to contest Punjab Assembly election from Lahore while former Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz will also contest Punjab Assembly election from 2 constituencies of Lahore.
Sources say that Hamza Shehbaz’s PP 146 is contesting the election from PP 147. They have submitted their nomination papers.
On the other hand, party leader Mian Nawaz Sharif has allowed Maryam Nawaz to contest from Lahore. Maryam Nawaz will contest the provincial assembly election from Lahore.
