Lahore High Court has issued a notification declaring the acceptance of resignations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members as null and void.
The court has directed the members to appear before the Speaker of the National Assembly to withdraw their resignations. The court has also instructed the Speaker to hold a fresh hearing and make a decision after hearing all the members again.
The notification has declared the acceptance of resignations from 72 PTI members of the National Assembly as void.
