Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Asad Umar has stated that if injustice is done to the people of Karachi, it will lead to chaos. He said that the results of the local elections in Karachi are not acceptable, and that re-elections should be held.
In a press conference in Islamabad, former federal minister Asad Umar said that there was no polling in the morning at polling stations, and that after polling, the whole of Karachi was witnessed. He stated that in a city like Karachi, there should not have been a delay in the results.
PTI leader said that there was an effort to rig the local elections, several polling stations were already tampered before, it was a sign of intimidation for our people, there was also rigging in Hyderabad, and the votes of our winning candidate were cut.
