The Lahore High Court dismissed the petition filed against the victory of Muslim (N) League leader Hamza Shehbaz on the Punjab Assembly seat.
Justice Ali Baqir Najafi of Lahore High Court heard the petition of Muhammad Khan Madani, during which the petitioner said that I was defeated by 1100 votes. According to form 45 I had won but in form 47 Hamza Shehbaz was declared successful.
The petitioner requested the court to order the release of Form 45 results.
After hearing the arguments of the petitioner, the court dismissed the petition directing him to approach the Election Commission.
