Sources say that Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has left for Germany, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
Indian Foreign Minister Dr S Jaishankar will also participate in the annual security conference.
The conference will continue from tomorrow February 17 to Sunday February 19.
