Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that during the Pakistan-India war, the Modi government was taught such a firm and unforgettable lesson that it will remain etched in their memory for a lifetime.
Addressing a ceremony in Haripur where laptops were distributed among students, the prime minister said that in the decisive battle, the Pakistan Army achieved victory with the prayers and support of the nation, and India—from Delhi to Mumbai—will never be able to forget this defeat.
He added that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a province of brave and resilient people who have been confronting terrorism for decades. Their immense sacrifices brought peace to the country, and more laptops will be distributed across the province, as the future development of Pakistan depends on its youth.
The prime minister further said that Pakistan is progressing economically, and this improvement is not the result of magic but continuous hard work. He said the country has escaped the threat of default, the economy has emerged from crisis and is now stabilizing, and it must be taken toward further growth. Pakistan can only move forward when all four provinces develop together, as national progress is possible through unity.
PM Shehbaz Sharif also announced the establishment of a Danish School in Haripur, stating that separate schools will be built for boys and girls in the city.
