Lahore: Khadija Shah a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist and fashion designer, has filed a bail application in the Lahore High Court in the Askari Tower attack case.
Khadija Shah, through her lawyer Sameer Khosa, has filed a bail application, stating that Gulberg Police Station had falsely implicated her in the Askari Tower attack case, involving vandalism and arson.
The application by Khadija Shah argues that the allegations made by the police are baseless, and she was not involved in any form of vandalism or arson.
The request further seeks the court’s approval for bail after the arrest in the case of the Askari Tower attack.
It is worth noting that on June 22, the Anti-Terrorism Court had rejected the bail requests of 197 accused, including Khadija Shah, Sanam Javed, Aliyah Hamza, and Tayyiba Raja, in the Jinnah House attack case.
